Shipping
For orders via our online shop, we ship only to mainland UK addresses.
The following is typical for most areas but please refer to the further information below for specific areas.
For online orders of crack-stitching materials and tools (grout, resin, helical bar, tools, etc) received before mid day Mon-Fri, we usually dispatch that day for next-working day delivery but we are a small company so cannot give a blanket guarantee on dispatch times.
Please also check for a banner at the top of the page which will advise of any seasonal alterations to our normal schedule.
Due to the nature of courier deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery dates so we advise you not to arrange installation or use of products until you physically receive them.
On orders over £140 exc VAT, free shipping can be selected in the checkout but for smaller orders there is a compulsory £10+VAT charge.
For orders of larger items such as our shepherd huts and steps, ramps and platforms, the delivery time is usually a little longer and we will contact you to discuss delivery if necessary.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and Borders
For deliveries to certain areas of Scotland, there is an additional delivery charge and time frames are usually longer than the standard next-day.
These costs refelct the increased cost from our courier to deliver to these areas.
The cost for you order will be shown once you enter a delivery postcode in the checkout.
Northern Ireland
Please note: due to the complexities, added costs and administration caused by Brexit, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend delivery options to Northern Ireland. We have not ruled out re-starting this service in the future but unfortunately, at present, for small orders this is simply not viable for us. If you have an order in excess of £1000 then please contact us and we will investigate shipping options for you.
Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, we are unable to accept returns for products unless they are faulty.
If you have received delivery of a product which you believe to be faulty then please contact us (shop@QuadraBuild) to see if we can help by offering advice, a replacement or a refund. We will always try to help you if you are having difficulty using any of our products.
This does not affect any right that you may have in law to cancel an order placed online.
In general, if you are a private customer, you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. You will then be issued with a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
If you are a business customer then, in general, we will not accept returns as the cost in processing a return makes this service uneconomical. We may, in exceptional circumstances, accept returns but will usually charge a re-stocking fee of between 20% and 50%.
