About QuadraBuild
QuadraBuild is a construction contractor specialising in access solutions, structural repair, helical piling and modular building for extensions and new-build. We can offer design, manufacture and site deployment of our solutions using both in-house and sub-contracted personnel.
We’re based near Newbury, Berkshire with a small depot in East Devon and we operate mainly in the South, South-East, South-West and Midlands but if you have a job further afield then we’re happy to travel all over England, Scotland and Wales for larger projects.
We’ve created a timeline below to give you an overview of the history of the company.

Stati-CAL Ltd, the company behind the QuadraBuild, QuadraPile, QuadraFix and QuadraBase brands was incorporated in 2005, initially as a specialist structural contractor but later expanding into different complimentary fields of operation. (Stati-CAL Ltd is later renamed as QuadraBuild Ltd).
David Hall joins as director
David has many years experience in the world of structural repair. David is well respected in the masonry repair field, having developed the standard details which have gone on to become the industry standard and also developing helical piling systems amongst other innovative products.
Simon Marks joins the company
Simon joins as Contracts Manager to deal with planning ranging from Health and Safety to site organisation.
Ashley McCollum joins the company
Initially a Site Operative, Ashley has progressed through the ranks, giving him an excellent perspective of all products, to become General Manager.
Haydn Marks joins the company
Again, initially a Site Operative, Haydn has progressed through the position of Site Supervisor to become one of our key Site Managers.
Stati-CAL begins installing modular extensions
The first of many modular extensions is successfully installed by Stati-CAL for a London Housing Association using helical pile foundations.
Robin Hall joins the company
Robin joins the company as Design Engineer, bringing more experience in the design, development and manufacture of modular buildings as well as masonry repair and helical piling schemes.
QuadraPile launched
Many years of valuable experience gained through installing products and solutions in the construction industry led to the development and launch of our own QuadraPile aluminium alloy helical piling system.
QuadraBase launched
The first QuadraBase is installed as a pilot project for a garden room at a private residence.
QuadraBuild is incorporated
Following the success of the QuadraPile helical piling system, we begin to expand the QuadraBuild brand to provide more clarity in the range of products that we have on the market.

Following many years of successfully installing masonry repair products such as helical bar and grout, Stati-CAL launches its own online store to sell to other contractors and members of the public.
Stati-CAL is featured in The Telegraph newspaper
The QuadraPile and QuadraBase system are promoted in The Telegraph.
Stati-CAL reaches the final of the HSBC Elevator Competition
Stati-CAL presents the QuadraPile and QuadraBase system and is chosen from over 1000 entries to reach the final 10 of the HSBC Elevator Pitch competition and attends the presentation ceremony at the Shard in London.
Stati-CAL moves from the Sutton premises
After many years trading from Unit 5, Four Seasons Crescent in Sutton, Surrey, Stati-CAL move out of these premises to concentrate trading from the main premises in Newbury, Berkshire.

Following a complete update of the branding, the new QuadraBuild website is launched.
QuadraBuild becomes installer and distributor for Easiaccess
Having installed the products for many years, Stati-CAL & QuadraBuild take on the role of distributor and installer of the Easiaccess modular ramp, step and platform systems for the South and South-West of England.
Online store moved to the main website
After building a good stream of regular orders, our old online shop is disbanded to make way for a new online shop incorporated into the main website to give a more streamlined experience.
Stati-CAL Ltd becomes QuadraBuild Ltd
Stati-CAL Ltd officially changes its company name to QuadraBuild Ltd to reflect the new branding and identity. It remains the same company with registration number 05565876
