The Challenge

To provide step units on new extensions on the rear of housing association properties where the only access is through the existing house.

The Solution

Using modular steel two-tread step units, we could install steps quickly and cleanly in the restricted sites.

Adjustable legs and treads ensured that variable ground heights could be catered for.

We’ve installed several hundred of these step units for this housing association and received excellent feedback.
