The Challenge

A substantial retaining wall was and putting the property on the lower side at risk if a collapse were to occur.

A semi-permanent solution was required to stabilise the wall while a more permanent solution was developed and implemented.

The Solution

A semi-permanent structural support system was designed to provide structural support.

This consisted of steel fabrications supported on QuadraPile helical piles at intervals along the wall.

A modular steel step and platform system was installed to maintain access over the steelwork.
