The Requirement

The property was suffering from foundation movement which had resulted in cracking.

The masonry needed stabilsing and foundations uprating to cope with the poor ground conditions at the site.

The Solution

We worked with the architect and engineer to develop a scheem of masonry reinforcement helical screw pile “underpinning”.

This involved installing stainless steel masonry reinforcementi nto the existing walls and then creating small pile caps to tie our QuadraPile system into the existing foundations below ground.
