Foundations were required for a residential extension near protected trees with a step in the floor to accommodate a garage and living space

The Solution

We provided a fully engineered design incorporating QuadraPile helical piles and a piled reinforced concrete slab including the step in height as required. We installed the piles, heave protection and reinforcing and the builder completed the shuttering and concrete pour before proceeding with the build.
