The Requirement
An NHS trust was in desperate need of additional office space for their London-based clinic. The yard at the rear of their building provided the opportunity to construct a new office building but posed several complexities:
- The restricted site had limited access so all materials and equipment had to be carried in by hand.
- Trees with preservation orders within the site had to be protected.
- Disruption to the clinic had to be minimised.

The Solution
We designed and installed a complete structure which consisted of QuadraPile helical pile foundations with a QuadraBase floor onto which off-site manufactured wall and roof panels were constructed.
Brick cladding and timber sash windows were then installed to very quickly create a highly-efficient building with excellent appearance.
