The Problem

A housing association required an extension on a residential property for a resident with specific needs.

Being on the rear of a terraced property, the location had restricted access.

Disruption to the household needed to be kept to a minimum.

The Solution

We carried out site surveys and then worked with the Housing Association’s appointed consultant to design an extension to meet the needs of the resident and minimise disruption to the household.

We then manufactured the extension off-siteincluding the fit out with underfloor heating and external render. We then delivered and installed it at the property as well as connecting and commisioning the services.
