A private customer in Surrey required replacement of a modular extension bathroom “pod” at their property.

Being the only bathroom in the property, the replacement needed to be carried out within a single day.

The new had to provide the required facilities including a wetroom shower and needed to meet modern standards for a permanenet extension including Building Regulation compliance.

The Solution

We provided a full service incorporating the survey, design, manufacture, supply and installation of a new modular pod extension including removal of the old pod extension for disposal.

The quick replacement process meant that in the morning, the old bathroom was in use and by the end of the day the new wetroom was in place, connected and being used by the homeowner.

Use of our QuadraPile helical piles as foundations limits disruption and provide a stable, permanent foundation for the new extension, even if there are trees nearby.
