The Problem

A remote site containing a small sewage treatment works required an access platform incorporating steps so that routine maintenance could be carried out safely.

The site was remote from the nearest road with the only access being on foot.

The site location meant that concrete foundations were not practical.

The Solution

We surveyed before designing, supplying and installing a steel access platform with steps.

The structure was supported on our QuadraPile helical piles foundations.

Due to the remote nature of the site, all equipment and materials had to be carried by hand to the site.
