The Problem

  • This private customer required a ground-floor bedroom and shower room facility on the rear of the property in a very restricted position between the property and a retaining wall.
  • Access to the site was restricted and disruption to the property needed to be minimised.

The Solution

  • We provided survey, design, supply and installation of the modular extension.
  • The use of QuadraPile helical screw piles meant that no excavation was required for the foundations.
  • The module was manufactured in our factory and fully fitted out before being transported to site.
  • The extension was lifted into place by crane and finishing touches were then put in place.
